BSML was awarded a three-year facilities management contract by Hospitality firm Whitbread.

The contract will see BSML look after the Whitbread UK Office portfolio across 4 locations in a move to ensure its buildings are maintained and run seamlessly using are 3 onsite Maintenance Operatives which includes an Electrician, Plumber and HVAC Engineer.

BSML will be responsible for all Facilities Management, On Site Day to Day Maintenance, Management of external Contractors and Remote Monitoring of all Plant and Control Systems at sites in Dunstable, Luton and London. Other services such as small refurbishments and ground works are also part of the remit.

Our onsite maintenance operatives carry out all day to day duties which include site inspections, General Repairs, Statutory Maintenance and small projects. They are assisted by our designated Contract Manager who use our specialist helpdesk solution, which will facilitate real-time reporting and contractor call outs.

In addition to our 3 year Facilities Maintenance Contract BSML Hygiene has been awarded a 1 year rolling contract for the cleaning of 3 locations which will see 25 cleaners cover full and part time cleaning of Office Space for Whitbread.
