Business Centre Chooses BSML

BSML recently completed the design, supply, and installation of 20 Daikin VRVIII variable refrigerant DX systems serving newly constructed business units in Loughton, Essex. The systems were installed to provide the primary cooling and heating to the open plan office spaces.

The business centre consists of 12 no. office/warehouse units finshed to a very high standard.

In addition to the energy efficent heat pump systems, 14 Daikin VAM Ducted Heat Recovery Systems were installed to provide fresh air and extract to the office spaces.

All cooling, heating and ventilation systems were controlled by bespoke in house designed, and built, centralised control panels complete with self learning optimisers.

The complete installation was completed within the strict programme and in less than 5 months from design to commissioning and hand over.

The completed project provided a turn over of almost 

£ 250,000.00 for BSML.  

BSML have since been commissioned to undertake additional design, service, maintenance and installation works for the recently purchased unit owners.

bsml keeps Job Centre Comfortable.

BSML have completed the installation of VRV comfort cooling, fresh air ventilation, LPHW heating modifications and control installations at Job Centre Plus, Ashford, Kent.

The contract, over the duration of 6 months, included the installation of the latest Daikin VRVIII technology complete with ITouch intelligent controller.

Nuaire Ecosmart AHU's were installed to provide fresh air and extract ventilation complete with PIRs and variable controllers.

This contract was one of many contracts carried out on Job Centre Plus sites through 2006 and the start of 2007.
